1. Ready position 2. With a circular motion, cross left hand over right fist (in front of stomach) and bring your feet together. 3. Turn body to the left and bring both hands to the left hips. 4. Hop forward into a cross stance, right back fist down with left open hand assist (on right forearm). Yell !! 5. Turn 180" left into a left front stance, left in-to-out middle block, right in-to-out middle block. 6. Turn right foot 180" right into a front stance, right out-to-in middle block, left in-to-out middle block. 7. Pull right foot back into a crane stance, right hand low block to the side of the body.
8. Turn 90" right into a right front stance, right out-to-in middle block, left in-to-out middle block. 9. Turn the body 90" left and make a horse stance, left hand spear strike with palm down. 10. Right punch then immediately followed with right in-to-out block. 11. Left punch then immediately followed with left in-to-out block. 12. Bring right foot in next to left, then step forward into a right back stance, double- knife-hand middle block. 13. Left step forward into a back stance, double-knife-hand middle block. 14. Right step forward into a back stance, double-knife-hand middle block. 15. Right step back into a back stance, double-knife-hand middle block. 16. Twist the stance outward and bring right hand up to join left hand for high x-hand palm cover block. 17. Right leg side kick and land forward. Yell!! 18. Turn 180" left into a left back stance, double-knife-hand middle block. 19. Right step forward into a back stance, double-knife-hand middle block. 20. Pull right foot back to left and slowly bring fists up pass your head for a bull block.
21. Pick up right foot into a left crane stance and quickly land into a right front stance, double out to in hammer fists strikes (to the ribs). 22. Shift ½ stance forward, right hand middle punch. Yell!! 23. Turn 180 left into a left front stance, left waist grab, right spear hand strike to groin with the palm facing up. 24. Pull left foot back to form a left back stance, half-mountain block with left hand low. 25. Right out to in axe kick and land into a horse stance, right hand low block to the side of the body. 26. Turn head 180" left, left hand back fist strike across face. 27. Right out-to-in axe kick to left palm. 28. Land in a horse stance, right elbow strike to left palm. 29. Left hand down ward block, right hand down ward block, left hand down ward block. 30. Turn 90" right and slide right foot forward into a front stance, double side way punch with the left arm on top. 31. Pull right foot back into right tiger stance, right hand turning hook punch. 32. Shift weight over to make left tiger stance, left hand turning hook punch. 33. Left out-to-in axe kick and land forward into a front stance, double side way punch with the right arm on top. 34. Pull left foot back into left tiger stance, left turning hook punch. 35. Shift weight over to make right tiger stance, right turning hook punch. 36. Right out-to-in axe kick and land forward into a front stance, double side way punch with the left arm on top. 37. Pivot 270" on the right foot into a left front stance, right hand low in-to-out block.
38. Shift into right front stance, left hand downward block. Yell !! 39. Bring right foot to left foot briefly then step up at 1:00 into a right back stance, double-knife-hand middle block 40. Bring right foot to left foot briefly then step out at 3:00 into a right back stance, double-knife-hand middle block. 41. Cross right foot back and over in front of left, going toward 11:00, then step the left foot up toward 11:00 into a left back stance, double-knife-hand middle block. 42. Bring left foot back together with left hand crossed over right fist (in front of stomach).
