Push-hands ready position. Bring both hands together at stomach level with open palms facing up, slowly raise the hands up towards the face, once past the chin, stopped with fingers tips at philtrum. Both palms face inwards, with approximately one-face distance in width.
Turn 90" left into back stance, double-knife-hand middle block.
Right leg low, then high side kick, land forward into front stance, right hand palm-down knife strike. Left hand reverse middle punch.
Slide right leg back into a back stance, right hand out-to-in middle block.
Turn 180" right into right foot forward back stance, double-knife-hand middle block.
Left leg low then high side kick, land forward into a front stance, left hand palm-down knife strike. Right hand reverse middle punch.
Slide left leg back into a back stance, left hand out-to-in middle block.
Turn 90" left into a left leg forward front stance, left knife-hand low block. Right hand reverse tiger mouth strike.
Right leg front snap kick, land down into a front stance, right knife-hand low block. Left hand reverse tiger mouth strike.
Left leg front snap kick, land down into a front stance, left knife-hand low block. Right hand reverse tiger mouth strike, Yell !!
Right leg front snap kick, land down into a front stance, right hand open palm knee grab and pull in towards body, left hand low tiger mouth strike (over right grabbing hand).
Step left foot forward and then turn 180" into a right foot forward front stance, double in-to-out middle blocks (palms facing in).
Left leg front snap kick, land down into front stance, left hand perform open hand knee grab, right hand low tiger mouth strike (over right grabbing hand).
Step left leg back into a walking stance, double in-to-out middle blocks (palms facing in).
Turn 180" (on the left foot) into a horse stance, left single-knife-hand middle block.
Use left open hand to make a grabbing motion, right hand high punch into the left palm (keep both arms extended).
Pull both hands back to the right hips, left leg step side kick, land forward and turn 180" right into a right foot forward front stance, right palm pulls up while left hand perform low section spear finger strike (palm up).
Slide right foot back into a walking stance, right hand low block.
Step left foot up into a walking stance, left hand open palm block down (palm at solar plexus).
Step right foot up into a horse stance, right hand assisted-elbow strike to the right side of the body.
Turn right foot out to form a horse stance, right single-knife-hand block.
Use right open hand to make a grabbing motion, left hand high punch into the right palm (keep both arms extended).
Pull both hands back to the left hips, right leg step side kick, land forward and turn 180" left into a left foot forward front stance, left palm pulls up while right hand perform low section spear finger strike (palm up).
Slide left foot back into a walking stance, left hand low block.
Step right foot up into a walking stance, right hand open palm block down (palm at solar plexus).
Step left foot up into a horse stance, left hand assisted-elbow strike to the left side of the body.
Slowly bring the right foot over to the left to touch both ankles, while bring both hands up past the face and turn palms outward, then bring both arms down to either sides of the body. Closing the left hand into a fist as it come back to the belt area and puts in the palm of the right hand.
Turn 90" left into a left foot forward front stance, left hand face high-knife strike (palm down), pull it back to right shoulder then execute a left knife-hand low block.
Step right foot up into a front stance, right hand neck strike (palm up), bring palm to left shoulder then execute right knife-hand low block.
Step left foot up into a front stance, left hand neck strike (palm up), bring palm to right shoulder then execute left knife-hand low block.
Step right foot up into a front stance, right hand tiger mouth strike. Yell!!!

EMA has done a wonderful job adjusting to the new norm offering many options for exercise, training, and feedback. Two people in our household are enrolled at EMA, one 7 year old and one adult. We take advantage of taking classes in the private FB group and live semi-private classes at our convenience. The options, opportunities, and feedback for tip check are great. People learn in different ways, at different paces, and the varied platforms for training are tailored for all types. Master Jon's detailed feedback for training and tip check in both email and live were very helpful and makes us confident that tips and belts were earned and not just "handed out". We have friends who take at other TKD school and they offered online training, but zero options for advancement. Our extended family has always been loyal to EMA and EMA has made it possible for everyone to stay fit, continue to learn TKD, and advance, all students have to do is show up.
